Irvine Regional Park is a bit of a misnomer because the park is actually located in the city of Orange.

The park is named after James Irvine, an agricultural pioneer in California in the 1800s.

Irvine Park is a 490-acre park with ample green space and several amenities. It’s also home to the OC Zoo.
