Are there any particular beer styles you are best known for?
We purposely chose to do a wide variety of beer styles ranging from stouts, IPAs, to ales and seltzers. The reason is so not to alienate any guest that walks through our front door. We want any guest to be able find a beer that fits their beer taste profile. We hear from guests all the time that they love our diverse beer menu.
What do you hope visitors will take away from a visit to Brewheim?
We wanted to create an environment where people can relax and share the enjoyment of a hand-crafted beer with other beer enthusiasts. Brewheim is dedicated to providing a fun, personalized, and relaxing experience for our guests.
What do you like about being located in Anaheim?
Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle is a unique opportunity in the heart of Orange County. Here, amidst of new development opportunities for office, restaurant and residential projects, is an established destination featuring high-rise lofts, two championship sports teams, an exciting array of dining and entertainment, plus immediate access to the rest of Southern California from three freeways and a major transit center.
What is the philosophy behind your brews?
We employ proven techniques, ingredients, and team members to produce a top-quality product, yet present our craft beer styles with an entirely unique personality. We will carry this same philosophy into our kitchen that we are currently working on to provide our guests with even more options, profiling our craft beer with our craft food dishes.
