The Blind Pig's menu consists of chef-curated, upscale New-American cuisine, featuring a rotating selection of seasonal dishes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

Boasting a modern atmosphere perfect for a casual yet enjoyable dining experience, they also have a covered lakeside patio, ideal for those who prefer to dine al fresco and take in the lake views.

In addition to the unique culinary offerings, the Blind Pig also has an outstanding craft cocktail menu, including tiki drinks. For guests interested in cocktails with premium ingredients, there is also a high rollers menu. The Midnight Espress-o, a Vietnamese coffee inspired take on an espresso martini, is currently one of its most popular offerings.

Tell us about your journey to opening The Blind Pig!

I founded The Blind Pig in 2013 with the aim of revolutionizing the culinary landscape of SoCal by introducing an eclectic dining experience in my hometown of Rancho Santa Margarita. I wanted to feature a diverse array of culturally influenced cuisine, a diverse selection of wines, a rotating craft beer list, and innovative cocktails. As our first location garnered attention, its success prompted us to expand to Yorba Linda.

What do you hope visitors will take away from a visit to The Blind Pig?

When visitors dine at The Blind Pig, I hope they enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience and walk away with a great appreciation for our inspired cuisines from all over the world.
