San Clemente Pier: What to Expect (2024)
The San Clemente pier is not the most well-known in Orange County (that honor probably belongs to Huntington Beach pier), but in our opinion, it’s just as worthy of a visit.
It’s a wooden pier that extends far out into the Pacific ocean. There’s lots of activity around the pier area. Here are the top things to do near the San Clemente pier.
1. Go Fishing
All of the six Orange County piers allow fishing, and you do not need a license.
2. Fisherman’s Bar & Restaurant
Located right at the beginning of the pier, this is one of the most popular restaurants in San Clemente. On a nice sunny day, the views are incredible!
